Goods production, attack boost, FP production, etc. The only way forward once you rushed the ages is stop wherever you are when you make the realization and work on your city's balanced development. And once you've rushed up through the ages, there is no quick fix (unless you're okay with spending a ton of Diamonds). You will end up with too few goods, too little attack boosts, too few event/special buildings, and so much more. It's the best way to be frustrated in almost every aspect of the game.
